For rough work Wohlhaupter offers a comprehensive range of tools. Available are rough machining tools with individually adjustable insert holders, mounted on a ground serrated body and suitable for boring ranges between 19.5 and 1020 mm diameter.
In the range between 200 and 1020 mm the light aluminium roughing tools are mounted on a serrated adapter slide.
A multipurpose range of insert holders with various insert pockets, as well as insert holders which are staggered as well as adjustable in height guarantee a wide range of uses.

Chamfering tools
For chamfering different diameters of bore or for boring a transition chamfer insert holders at 15°, 20°, 30° or 45° angles can be used.

Recessing tools
The user also has at his disposal a wide range of tools for all axial and radial recessing work. When used in conjunction with the MVS intermediate modules, these tools are also suitable for large overhangs.

Tools for reverse machining
Reverse machining without having to rechuck the workpiece is no problem with Wohlhaupter's selection of reverse machining tools.

A simple platform offers the user a large number of possible variations according to individual need and thus a step-up into a new dimension of tool combination.

A platform is the basis for various possible variations. In the Basic Version, Vario-Line can be used as a single or twin cutting tool.

The insert holders are clamped directly onto the main body with a clamping bolt and can be adjusted by means of a set screw. The Basic Version can be quickly and conveniently upgraded by retrofitting with a function module.
